WHAT IS PEELO?
Peelo is a natural alternative to disposable plastics that keeps food fresh for longer.
WHAT IS PEELO MADE OF?
Peelo is made of certified OEKO-TEX® cotton, beeswax, natural tree resin, coconut and jojoba oil.
HOW DOES PEELO WORK?
Beeswax, tree resin, jojoba and coconut oil are all natural preservatives. Peelo thus slows down the natural drying process of food and helps reduce waste produced in households. Your food will stay fresher for longer without steaming - thanks to the cotton used, the packaging is breathable and wicks away moisture.

IS PEELO SAFE TO USE ON FOOD?
Of course! In order to have it in black and white, we had our packaging tested in a laboratory. The Public Health Office approved them for us and approved them for direct contact with food.
WHY IS PEELO SO EXPENSIVE?
Peelo is manufactured in Europe and we use only the highest quality materials from local sources. It's an investment in a functional product that pays back over time by not throwing away as much food and buying disposable packaging.

WHERE IS PEELO MADE?
We completely design and handcraft beeswax packaging in the heart of Europe using materials from locally available sources.
CAN PEELO BE PURCHASED OTHER THAN ONLINE?
Not at this moment, but we are working on bringing it to brick-and- mortar stores :)
HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU WILL STOCK UP ON SOLD OUT PATTERNS OR PRODUCTS?
We make some designs in limited quantities, others will stay with us longer. If we are currently out of stock of the one you have chosen, please email us at info@peelo.store and we will let you know if we still plan to continue making it.
DO YOU MANUFACTURE CUSTOM BEESWAX PACKAGING?
Yes, we also do custom production. More information can be found in Custom production section.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY?
You can pay by card online, using PayPal or Apple Pay.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO ADD OR REMOVE A PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER?
If we haven't sent your package yet, contact us at info@peelo.store and tell us what changes you would like to make to the order. We will take care of the rest :)
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE PERSONAL DATA IN MY ORDER?
If we have not sent your package yet, write to us at info@peelo.store and we will change the information for you without any problems.
WHAT TO DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER?
If you've changed your mind and don't want the products anymore, email us at info@peelo.store as soon as possible and we'll cancel your order. However, we think you should give Peelo a chance :)
WHAT TO DO IF MY DISCOUNT CODE DOESN'T WORK?
Sometimes we also have to deal with technical problems. If you got a discount code and it doesn't work, write us an email at info@peelo.store . We will look into it and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DESTROYED OR INCOMPLETE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have just unpacked the package and found that something is missing or the contents are damaged, please send us an e-mail to info@peelo.store with the order number and a photo of the contents of the package. We will check the situation and contact you with a solution within 48 hours.
I RECEIVED A DIFFERENT DESIGN OR PRODUCT THAN THE ONE I ORDERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Write to us at info@peelo.store and we will find a solution on how to exchange the products for you as quickly as possible.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE METHOD OF ORDER DELIVERY OR THE DELIVERY PLACE?

Return and exchange
WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVED AN ORDER AND I WANT A DIFFERENT DESIGN / PRODUCT / SIZE?
Email us at info@peelo.store with your order number and we will agree on the next steps.
I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS. HOW TO PROCEED?
Have you changed your mind? Nothing (although in our opinion you should give the packaging a chance). After receiving the order, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the amount for the products. However, they must be unwrapped and undamaged.
For the return address, email us at info@peelo.store and we will provide you with all the return information.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REFUND ME FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS?
Sometimes it can take up to 14 days for the package to get back to us. We will contact you as soon as we receive it and inform you about the refund. It may take 2-5 business days for the funds to be credited back to the account.
