DELIVERY TIME
We send packages every day, immediately after receiving the payment.
After sending your package, you will receive a separate automatic email, in which you will also find information about the tracking of the shipment.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY METHOD
After sending the order, we can no longer change the delivery method in it, so before creating the order, think about whether you want to use the delivery point or have the package sent directly to your address by courier.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY PLACE OR DELIVERY ADDRESS
If we haven't processed your shipment yet, we can also change your delivery location. Just write us an email at info@peelo.store and state the order number and the change you wish to make. You can find a list of all delivery points HERE .
If your shipment has already been processed and handed over to the carrier, only the carrier can change the delivery location and you need to contact Packet directly .
