WHAT IS A PEELO?
Peelo is a natural alternative to single-use plastics and packaging that keeps food fresher longer.
WHAT IS THE PEELO MADE OF?
Peelo is made from certified OEKO-TEX® cotton, beeswax, natural resin, coconut and jojoba oil.
HOW DOES PEELO WORK?
Beeswax, resin, jojoba and coconut oil are all natural preservatives. Peelo thus slows down the natural drying process of food and helps to reduce waste in the home. It will keep your food fresher for longer without steaming - thanks to the cotton used, the packaging is breathable and moisture-wicking.

IS IT SAFE TO USE A FOOD PEELER?
Of course! To make sure it's in black and white, we had our packaging lab tested. The Office of Public Health has approved them for direct contact with food.
WHY IS PEELO SO EXPENSIVE?
Peelo is manufactured in Europe and we use only the highest quality locally sourced materials. It's an investment in a functional product that pays for itself over time by not throwing away so much food and buying disposable packaging.

WHERE IS PEELO PRODUCED?
We completely design and handcraft our wax packaging in the heart of Europe using locally sourced materials.
CAN PEELO BE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE THAN ONLINE?
Yes, Peelo can be purchased in selected brick-and-mortar stores. The list can be found in the Contacts section.
HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU WILL STILL STOCK SOLD OUT PATTERNS OR PRODUCTS?
Some designs we make in limited quantities, others stay with us longer. If we're currently sold out of the one you've chosen, email us at info@peelo.store and we'll let you know if we still plan to continue making it.
DO YOU ALSO PRODUCE WAX PACKAGING TO ORDER?

Orders
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay online by card, bank transfer, PayPal and Apple Pay.
We also allow cash on delivery for a fee of 2,50 €.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO ADD OR REMOVE A PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER?
If we haven't shipped your package yet, please email us at info@peelo.store and let us know what changes you would like to make to your order. We'll take care of the rest :)
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE PERSONAL DATA IN MY ORDER?
If we haven't sent your package yet, please email us at info@peelo.store and we will change your details without any problems.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you have changed your mind and no longer want the products, please email us as soon as possible at info@peelo.store and we will cancel your order. But we think you should give Peel a chance :)
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY DISCOUNT CODE DOESN'T WORK?
Sometimes we also have to deal with technical problems. If you got the discount code and it doesn't work, email us at info@peelo.store. We will look into it and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DESTROYED OR INCOMPLETE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have just unpacked your parcel and find that something is missing or the contents are damaged, please email us at info@peelo.store along with your order number and a photo of the contents of the parcel. We will review the situation and contact you with a solution.
