What personal data do we process?

Personal information you provide to us

We process personal data that you provide to us.

If you have e.g. ordered goods, we need data from you, which are marked as mandatory in the ordering process (this is mainly your name and surname, delivery address). If we did not have this information, we would not be able to deliver the goods to you correctly. Furthermore, for the purpose of selling goods or services, we need your e-mail address, to which we will send you an order confirmation, which also serves as a confirmation of the concluded purchase contract, and copies of the terms and conditions and complaint procedure.

You can also fill in optional data when ordering goods or services. They help us to fulfill the concluded contract better and more efficiently. E.g. when filling in your telephone number, we can send you information about the delivery of goods, etc. You provide optional information to us voluntarily.

By filling in optional data in your user profile, you will also notify us of your other personal data, such as frequently used delivery addresses.

Personal information of third parties that you provide to us

If you provide us with the personal data of third parties, it is your responsibility to inform the person concerned and to obtain their consent to these terms and conditions of personal data protection.

Personal data that we process automatically

When you visit our website, we may collect certain information about you, such as IP address, date and time of access to our website, information about your internet browser, operating system or language settings. We may also process information about your behavior on our website, ie. e.g. what links you visit on our website and which goods are displayed to you. However, due to your maximum privacy, the information about your behavior on the website is anonymized, and therefore we cannot even assign it to a specific user, ie. to a specific person.

If you access our website from a mobile phone or similar device, we may also process information about your mobile device (data about your mobile phone, any records of application failure, etc.).

Cookies

We also automatically process cookies.

What is a cookie?

It is actually a small text file that is created by visiting each website. It is used as a standard tool to store information about how our site is used.

We can thus distinguish (but not identify) individual users from each other and adapt the content to specific preferences. Cookies are important. Without them, browsing the web would be much more difficult.

What are cookies used for?

Cookies serve several purposes. We use the following cookies on the websites of our online store and in our mobile applications:

Technical cookies: in order for our online store to work properly (eg so that you can create a user profile, log in to it and so you can buy goods and services), we use technical cookies. Without them, our online store would not work at all.

Functional cookies: so that you do not have to log in all the time and you do not have to set your preferences all the time (eg setting the language in which our online store is displayed), functional cookies help you. In this case, your password is always encrypted. The use of these cookies is not necessary, but it will make your visit to our online store significantly more pleasant and easier.

Analytical cookies: analytical cookies help us to improve our online store, from which you benefit again as a result. Analytical cookies on our website are collected by a script of Google Inc., which then anonymizes this data. After anonymization, it is no longer personal data, because anonymized cookies cannot be assigned to a specific user, resp. to a specific person. We only work with cookies in an anonymized form. Therefore, we cannot find out from cookies how a specific user behaved on our website (what pages he visited, what goods he viewed, etc.).

We also use the knowledge from these cookies for advertising purposes, where we can display advertising on foreign websites based on this data, which we consider relevant to you. If you want control over how we analyze your analytics cookies, you can use this add-on program from Google (it can only be run from a computer).

How you can influence which of your cookies we process

Just use one of the common Internet browsers (eg Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome) with the anonymous browsing function turned on, which prevents the storage of data about visited websites, or you can completely disable the storage of cookies in your browser. However, if you also disable the processing of technical and functional cookies, you will disable the operation of some functions that help you.

You can easily control the processing of analytical cookies by us if you use this add-on program from Google (it can only be run from a computer). Unfortunately, disabling analytic cookies will make it significantly more difficult for us to improve our online store.

Mobile versions

If you access our website from a phone, tablet or similar device, we optimize them for these devices. In this case, we process your personal data in a similar way as in the case of access from a computer.
